Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were comfortable with a terrace, they lacked soundproofing and obstructed views from the sofa. The service was friendly and kind overall, though we encountered a mix-up with the bill. The location was good with a view of Taal Lake but lacked proper swimming attire enforcement. The dining was superb with a variety of Filipino and American dishes, but the risotto could be improved.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, while facing the pool, had a musty and moldy smell at times, but were on sale. The staff was extremely kind and respectful, always attentive to our needs. The location, with a great view of Taal Lake and the volcano, was clean and very relaxing due to the breathtaking scenery. The dining experience offered a wide variety of Pinoy and American meals, although it was just okay. The facilities were decent, with a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of pleasant surprises and minor letdowns. The rooms, although lacking a view of the pool from the terrace, were incredibly clean and well-designed, serving as a charming dining spot for guests. The service was top-notch, with staff being friendly, courteous, and always ready to assist. The location, offering stunning views of Taal Lake and the volcano, was truly breathtaking, but there were some issues with attire restrictions in certain areas. The dining experience was delightful, providing a wide array of delicious Filipino and American dishes, although the French fries could have been better. The facilities were modern and well-kept, adding to the overall comfort of the stay.
